Acceptable Use Policy

This policy explains the basic rules for using DETUPAZO responsibly and without harming other users, systems, or the service.

Effective date: Last updated:

Scope

These rules apply to use of the DETUPAZO public website and, where relevant, the separate early-access application. They describe conduct expected of users; they do not describe particular technical controls in the application. Read them alongside the Terms of Service.

Lawful use

Do not use DETUPAZO for unlawful activity. This policy does not attempt to list every law that may apply to a particular business or location.

Unauthorized access

Do not access or attempt to access another person’s account without authorization, bypass authentication, probe restricted areas, defeat access controls, or obtain credentials improperly.

Harmful or malicious activity

Do not use DETUPAZO to distribute malware, malicious scripts, or destructive code, steal credentials, send phishing material, deliver exploits, or intentionally abuse a vulnerability.

Fraud and impersonation

Do not use DETUPAZO fraudulently, impersonate another person or business deceptively, knowingly provide a false identity or business representation, or use the product to deceive clients.

Spam and abusive communications

If or where communication features are available, do not use them for spam, harassment, abusive messages, or unsolicited mass outreach. This rule does not imply that any particular messaging feature is currently available.

Intellectual-property misuse

Do not knowingly use DETUPAZO to distribute or present content you have no right to use. This policy does not establish a copyright takedown process or a method for resolving ownership disputes.

Sensitive information

Do not put passwords, API keys, private tokens, other secrets, or highly sensitive customer information into public website forms. The current Contact form checks entries locally and does not deliver messages. This guidance does not make a claim about what the separate application can store.

Service interference

Do not intentionally disrupt normal operation, send excessive automated requests designed to impair the service, attempt denial of service, or bypass technical restrictions. This rule does not claim any particular rate limit or automated blocking system exists.

Accounts and credentials

Keep your own credentials reasonably protected. Do not share them publicly or use someone else’s account without authorization. No particular password, rotation, or multi-factor authentication rule is stated here.

Responding to misuse

DETUPAZO may restrict access when necessary to respond to serious misuse, unauthorized activity, security concerns, or violations of applicable terms. This policy does not specify a warning count, suspension procedure, appeal process, termination timeline, or data-deletion schedule. The Terms of Service provides the related high-level access position.

Reporting concerns

The Contact page explains current options, but its public form does not deliver messages. For security context, see Security & Trust. No verified public abuse or security email is published here. Do not put credentials, tokens, secrets, or sensitive customer data into the form.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated as DETUPAZO evolves. The current effective and last-updated dates will appear on this page. No email notification schedule is promised.
