Acceptance and scope
By using the public DETUPAZO website at detupazo.com, you agree to follow these terms as they apply to that website. DETUPAZO is a proposal-to-payment product for service businesses. The application at app.detupazo.com is a separate destination; additional terms presented there may apply to application use. This page does not describe undocumented application account or commercial rules.
Product access and accounts
Public marketing pages do not require an account. The configured Sign In link goes to app.detupazo.com/login. If you have application credentials, keep them confidential and do not share them publicly or attempt to access an account or part of the service without authorization.
Early Access
DETUPAZO is currently presented in Early Access. Public pricing and commercial packaging are still being finalized, and product features may change as development continues. “Start Free” is a marketing action for exploring the current application or access path; it does not promise a permanent free plan, a particular feature, or an availability date.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website or service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, use it unlawfully, or submit malicious content. The Acceptable Use Policy explains these rules in more detail.
Intellectual property
DETUPAZO branding, original website content, and interface materials belong to DETUPAZO LLC or are used under appropriate rights. Accessing the website or product does not transfer ownership of those materials to you. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Your responsibilities
Use the website and any available service lawfully, provide accurate information when asked, protect your own credentials, and avoid harmful or abusive activity or attempts to bypass access controls. The public Contact form does not deliver messages; do not enter passwords, payment details, or other secrets there.
External links and services
This website links to the separate DETUPAZO application and may link to other destinations. A destination outside this public website may have its own terms and practices. No particular integration, payment processor, or outside vendor is represented by this section.
Fees and billing
Public pricing and final commercial terms have not yet been published. The Pricing page shows the current Early Access status, and the Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy identifies which commercial terms remain unfinalized. Any future paid terms should be presented before they apply. This page does not establish subscription periods, renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, payment deadlines, or processing fees.
Availability and changes
DETUPAZO may modify, improve, or discontinue parts of the public website or early-access product as development continues. No particular feature stability, advance-notice period, support response time, or uptime level is promised here.
Product limitations
The early-access product may contain errors or incomplete functionality. Descriptions and examples on the public website explain the intended proposal-to-payment experience; illustrative screens and sample transactions are not promises that every control or workflow is available to every account.
Liability and business records
DETUPAZO does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep appropriate copies of important business records outside the service when needed for your work. This page does not set a monetary liability cap or waive rights that may apply under law.
Access restrictions
Access may be restricted in response to abuse, unauthorized activity, security concerns, or violations of applicable terms. No particular suspension process, notice period, appeal process, deletion timeline, or refund treatment is stated here.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what the public website currently verifies about information handling and where its knowledge of application and infrastructure practices ends.
