Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the DETUPAZO public website currently handles information and where practices are still being finalized.

Effective date: Last updated:

Scope of this policy

This policy covers the public marketing website at detupazo.com. The DETUPAZO application at app.detupazo.com is a separate destination. The application may involve additional account and product data practices that are not fully described by this public-website policy.

Information on this website

The public pages can be read without entering account credentials. The Contact form lets you enter a name, work email, optional business name, and message for a local check. That check stays in your browser and does not submit the entries to a website contact backend.

Infrastructure handling of ordinary website requests is not fully documented in this website project, so this policy does not assert what request data or server logs may be kept by hosting services.

Contact form

The current Contact form validates required fields in your browser. Its “Check request” action does not transmit or store your message. It explicitly tells you that nothing was sent. Do not put passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in the form.

Cookies and tracking

The website stores your analytics preference in browser local storage. If you allow analytics, normalized UTM campaign parameters may be kept in session storage for the current browser session; declining clears them. No analytics provider or advertising tracker is currently enabled, so this architecture does not transmit analytics data to a provider. The shared site layout reads theme-preference cookie values if they are present. This does not establish that infrastructure and external destinations have no separate practices. You can change your choice through Cookie Settings in the footer. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Information not collected here

The public marketing website has no payment-card form, password sign-in form, file-upload form, or support-ticket submission flow. This statement concerns this website only; it does not describe the separate application.

Retention

The public website does not retain Contact form messages because the form does not submit or store them. Specific infrastructure-level retention practices are not stated here because they have not been verified in the public website project.

Sharing

The public website does not currently include a Contact-message backend or payment collection flow. This policy does not make a blanket claim about infrastructure or future services whose practices are not documented here.

Your choices

You can read the marketing pages without entering information into the Contact form. If you use the form’s local check, include only what is needed and remember that it does not deliver a message. For application sign-in, use the configured application sign-in page.

Security

See Security & Trust for the security statements currently supported by this website project and their limits. This policy does not add claims about application controls or infrastructure safeguards.

Children and age

The public website is intended for business-related use. A specific age-eligibility policy has not yet been published.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website and product evolve. This page will show its current effective and last-updated dates. No email notification schedule is promised.

Privacy questions

The Contact page describes current options and limitations. Its public form does not yet deliver messages, and no verified public privacy email or direct privacy-request channel is published here. Do not include sensitive information in the form.
